Qualifications

• 0–2 years applied on the job and industry experience.
• CargoWise software experience a plus.
• Proficient in oral and written English.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import/export shipments and communicate with customers and partners.
• Obtain required details for quotations and documentation.
• Set shipping schedules and track departures/arrivals.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company guidelines.
• Assist with training of new team members and cross-skilling.
