Qualifications

• 2-4 years applied on the freight forwarding industry experience.
• Proficient English language skills (oral & written).
• Knowledge of regulations, documentation, and export/import processes is desirable.
• Experience coordinating multi‑modal shipments (air, ocean, surface).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day international import/export shipments across air, ocean and surface.
• Build trusted relationships with customers by advising requirements and documentation.
• Prepare accurate quotations and end‑to‑end service recommendations.
• Monitor shipments, address deviations, and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and regulatory teams to meet KPIs.
