Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics in Warrington is seeking an Ocean Import Coordinator to handle import shipments, review documentation, and coordinate customs release for a base of accounts.

You will monitor transactions, inform clients of shipment status, and coordinate sea freight, warehousing, and deliveries with truckers, while delivering excellent service and maintaining strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in freight forwarding.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• English language knowledge (oral/written) - level B1 minimum.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine correspondence.
• Must be detail oriented with good organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with over 130 locations across 30 countries providing individual services that address our client's logistics challenges.

The Ocean Import Coordinator will be responsible for the processing of import shipments and all related activities for an assigned base of accounts. Performs duties related to import documentation review and customs release coordination affecting timely delivery. Logistic coordination, included deliveries and distribution.

This role may be well suited to candidates with minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding and a background in customer service, who are looking to further develop their skills and experience
