• 2–4 years of freight forwarding industry experience.
• Professional level English (oral and written).
• Experience with PO management and customer coordination.
• Ability to coordinate cross-border shipments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end shipment execution across import/export movements.
• Plan shipping schedules and confirm loading, departures, arrivals.
• Maintain shipment records, milestones, and customer communications.
• Liaise with carriers, overseas offices, and customers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support quotation preparation and service recommendations.
