Job summary

Emperor is seeking a proactive and highly organised Freelance Talent Coordinator to join our People Team on a part-time basis for five months. You will support end-to-end engagement of freelance and contingent talent across our global business, coordinating with hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition Partner, Resource Management and Finance.

You will build talent pipelines across regions, negotiate rates, and manage onboarding and compliance, including IR35 assessments and EOR engagements,

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or contingent workforce management.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage freelance talent across multiple disciplines.
• Build and maintain talent pools across UK, Middle East, and international markets.
• Negotiate freelance rates and engagement terms; advise on market trends.
• Coordinate freelance engagements from brief to engagement and monitor end dates.
