Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial and data analysis experience.
• Advanced knowledge of financial accounting / reporting.
• Excellent Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner to functional leaders (HR, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance).
• Review financial results and variances with leaders; manage payroll analysis and headcount costs.
• Lead annual budget process and global capex analysis with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with US and local regulatory requirements and timely reporting.
