GSF Car Parts Limited is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and business partnering across the organisation, delivering robust analysis to support decision-making.

The role offers hybrid working and close collaboration with senior leaders. Based at our Head Office with three days in the office, this role is ideal for someone progressing from Management Accountant or Finance Analyst into a commercially focused FP&A

Qualifications

• Experience in an FP&A environment with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong analytical capability, commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance reporting.
• Experience partnering with operational stakeholders to provide financial insight.
• Advanced Excel skills including modelling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
• Analyse Opex spend vs. budget and create forecasts.
• Partner with budget holders to drive cost control and visibility.
• Prepare board packs and management packs with financial insights.
• Present monthly financial performance to senior management.
• Drive process improvements in reporting systems.
• Support change initiatives and enhance reporting outputs.
• Ensure monthly cost centre P&L accuracy.
