Job summary

Global Payment Holding Company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team in London. You will partner with Product leaders to shape financial planning, performance insights, and strategic investment decisions.

You’ll own budgeting, forecasting and reporting for product areas and build financial models to support growth and critical initiatives. Strong Power BI skills and accounting qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified accounting designation (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) completed or in progress.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, forecasting and data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data visualization experience (Power BI).
• Experience building financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses.
• Solid FP&A understanding: budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product leaders to provide financial insight and support strategic decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance management for product areas.
• Analyze product performance, investment spend, revenue, cost, margin and drivers.
• Identify risks and opportunities with recommendations to meet targets.
• Build financial models and scenarios for investments and growth opportunities.
• Support governance, capital planning and tracking against business cases.
• Contribute to Quarterly Product Reviews with analysis and insights.
• Collaborate across Product, Technology, Commercial and Finance for outcomes.
• Deliver ad hoc analysis, modelling and presentations for executive decisions.
