• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance or related field.
• Experience in purchasing/supply chain with business focus.
• Flavour industry experience preferred.
• Ability to manage large cross-functional projects.
• Proven success in leading cost savings initiatives.
• Understanding of material flow and supply chain optimization.
• Ability to handle conflicting priorities with diplomacy.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and executes global strategies for assigned categories.
• Leads supplier performance and negotiates materials to secure optimal TCO.
• Develops strategies to minimize total cost while reducing risk.
• Directs teams to secure reliable sources and oversee procurement negotiations.
• Supports divisional projects with purchasing guidance and leadership.
• Drives change management and cross-functional alignment internally and externally.
• Acts as an internal consultant across procurement functions.
• Contributes to financial planning and shares market insights with global stakeholders.
• Provides updates to Regional Procurement on Level I & II issues.
