Job summary

Unilever seeks an experienced professional to join the Fragrance Raw Materials Global Procurement team as an Assistant Procurement Manager. You will help build an in-house sourcing capability and lead supplier management to achieve cost, quality, and innovation goals.

You will work with Brand, R&D, and Finance to deliver strategic sourcing initiatives, manage supplier performance, and drive sustainable procurement across global markets from Port Sunlight and beyond.

Qualifications

• Strategic sourcing experience in fragrance or consumer goods.
• Experience building supplier landscapes and performance programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Familiarity with digital supplier performance tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support/Lead sourcing events, RFQs, RFPs, and supplier tenders.
• Manage a raw materials, direct procurement portfolio.
• Analyse spend, pricing, and market data.
• Maintain supplier and contract information.
• Track savings, cost avoidance, and procurement KPIs.
• Support supplier relationship management activities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and processes.
