Job summary

Evotym, a scaling fintech in the United Kingdom, seeks an experienced CFO to lead finance transformation and strengthen controls across multiple entities and currencies. You will drive profitability, liquidity management and scalable processes while building a high-performing finance team.

You will collaborate with the CEO and business leaders on financial strategy, operational efficiency and sustainable growth in a dynamic payments environment.

Qualifications

• CFO-level experience in finance operations, treasury and team leadership.
• Hands-on experience in payments or related financial services (PSP/EMI/cross-border).
• Strong liquidity, settlements, reconciliations and multi-entity operations.
• Experience in high-risk, cross-border environments; CIS markets advantageous.
• Proven automation projects and strengthened internal controls.
• Experience building management teams and scalable processes.
• Languages: English, Russian.

Responsibilities

• Oversee treasury, cash flow, liquidity forecasting, settlements and reporting across entities and currencies.
• Strengthen financial controls, accounting methodologies and management reporting.
• Optimize liquidity, FX and cryptocurrency conversion costs and supplier terms.
• Transform and automate end-to-end financial processes with cross-functional teams.
• Build and develop the finance team and clarify process ownership.
• Partner with CEO on financial strategy, operations and sustainable growth.
