Global Finance Manager - Automate & Scale Multi-Entity

Job summary

GetGround is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to own day-to-day finance across a growing, multi-entity proptech group. You will run the core finance engine, including payroll, payments, reconciliations, month-end, and statutory compliance, and push automation to scale without extra headcount.

You’ll oversee UK and overseas entities, including subsidiaries in Hong Kong, Philippines and Dubai, with FCA-regulated products in scope.

Qualifications

• Qualified in CA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA or by experience.
• UK GAAP (FRS 102) knowledge including consolidation and intercompany.
• Strong Excel skills with clean, formula-driven reconciliations.
• Ability to clean and join large datasets from multiple sources.
• Experience in a fast-moving startup environment and clear communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare trial balances and management accounts for multiple entities, including overseas subsidiaries.
• Oversee audit processes and group reporting.
• Manage payrolls, intercompany balances and VAT/R&D filings.
• Run weekly payment runs, reconciliations and cash management.
• Own subscription billing and revenue controls across systems like HubSpot and Stripe.
• Automate manual workflows using Slack, Google Sheets, Zapier and Count.
