Job summary

Pearse Portfolio is partnering with a rapidly scaling, VC-backed fintech in London to recruit a Finance Manager. You will report to the CFO and collaborate with senior stakeholders as the finance function scales across markets.

You will lead month-end close, statutory reporting, audit readiness and drive process improvements, ERP governance, forecasting and commercial partnering to support growth across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Experience within fintech, payments, or another regulated environment.
• Experience working with financial regulators and managing licence-related reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close and prepare accurate, timely management accounts and statutory reporting for management and regulators.
• Support regulator and external auditor requests, helping to manage the annual audit and licence-related reporting obligations.
• Manage the ERP from a finance control perspective, supporting automation and audit-trail integrity through the close process.
• Drive process improvement and systems projects, partnering with the wider finance team.
• Assist with strategic finance work, including forecasting, business partnering and ad hoc projects where required.
