Job summary

Evotym in the United Kingdom is seeking a CFO to own a finance transformation with direct impact on profitability and sustainable growth, strengthening controls and liquidity across multiple entities and currencies. You will build a scalable finance team, partner with the CEO and business leaders on strategy, and automate end-to-end processes in collaboration with Risk and Compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as CFO or senior finance leader responsible for treasury, accounting and team management.
• Hands-on experience in payments or related financial services (PSP, EMI, cross-border).
• Strong understanding of liquidity, settlements, reconciliations, and multi-entity, multi-currency operations.
• Experience in high-risk, cross-border environments; CIS markets knowledge is a plus.
• Proven track record of automation and strengthening internal controls.
• Experience building management teams and scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee treasury, cash flow, liquidity forecasting across entities and currencies.
• Strengthen financial controls, accounting methodologies and management reporting.
• Optimize liquidity, FX and settlement costs; terms with suppliers.
• Transform and automate end-to-end financial processes with Risk and Compliance teams.
• Build and develop the finance team, clarify process ownership and reduce reliance on individuals.
• Partner with CEO on financial strategy, operations and sustainable growth.
