Job summary

Michael Page Banking in London seeks a senior finance leader to oversee financial reporting, consolidation and governance across a complex international group. You will lead a finance team, strengthen reporting standards and drive process improvements with senior stakeholders.

You will coordinate audits, drive finance transformation and ensure robust controls in a global environment, partnering across entities to provide strategic business insight.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with global or multi-entity consolidation experience.
• Strong technical accounting, reporting and control background.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading through change.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, including consolidations.
• Lead international reporting team and develop team capability.
• Strengthen governance, technical accounting standards and controls.
• Coordinate statutory reporting, audits and accounting reviews.
• Drive finance transformation, systems improvements and process efficiency.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide insight and business support.
