Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee financial reporting, control, consolidation and governance across a complex international group. The role will lead a finance team, strengthen reporting standards and provide insight to senior stakeholders while driving process and control improvements.

The successful candidate will coordinate statutory reporting, audits and key accounting reviews, and drive finance transformation and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong technical accounting and financial reporting background.
• Experience in a multi-entity group environment with consolidation and group reporting.
• Experience in audit, statutory reporting and balance sheet control.

Responsibilities

• Lead an international financial reporting team and develop team capability.
• Own monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, including consolidations and management reporting.
• Improve accounting governance, technical accounting standards and financial controls.
• Coordinate statutory reporting, audits and key accounting reviews.
• Drive finance transformation, systems improvements and process efficiency initiatives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide insight, challenge and business support.
