Job summary

IVC Evidensia is seeking a Master Data Management Analyst for a 6-month fixed term contract to manage finance-related master data across the global network. The role partners with Group Finance and local teams to ensure governance, data quality, and timely processing of master data requests.

You will train data requesters, support data cleansing with the BPO partner, and drive improvements in master data processes while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and delivering insights for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (CPA/ACCA/CIMA preferred).
• Minimum of 3+ years in master data management, with 2+ years in a global finance environment.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion ERP.

Responsibilities

• Manage MDM request queue for Enterprise Structure and Finance-related master data.
• Triage requests and determine the appropriate course of action per business rules.
• Maintain master data in line with rules and standards; coordinate data cleansing with the BPO partner.
• Train and onboard new business master data requesters and owners as required.
• Support MDM Leads to implement data quality standards and KPIs.
• Document master data processes and contribute to governance.
• Collaborate with data owners and SMEs to improve master data processes.
