Job summary

IVC Evidensia is seeking a Master Data Management Analyst for a 6-month fixed-term contract within Global Business Services. The role governs finance master data requests, ensuring governance, data quality, and adherence to SLAs across the enterprise structure and finance domains.

You will train stakeholders, work with the MDM Lead and BPO partners, and coordinate data cleansing and validation activities to support organizational growth and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (e.g. CPA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Minimum 3+ years of progressive master data management experience, preferably in global finance

Responsibilities

• Manage MDM request queue for Enterprise Structure and Finance-related master data, ensuring SLA and governance compliance.
• Triage requests and determine appropriate action per business rules.
• Confirm hierarchy and mapping table requirements with business SMEs.
• Maintain master data in systems in line with rules and standards.
• Train and onboard new business master data requesters and owners.
• Support MDM Leads to implement master data quality standards and processes.
