Job summary

Pure Physiotherapy Sheffield Head Office is seeking a Group Finance Manager to lead the finance function across six entities, ensuring robust controls and scalable processes. You will report to the Group Financial Controller and partner with senior stakeholders to drive commercial performance.

Responsibilities include delivering timely group reporting, managing cashflow, overseeing payroll/VAT, and supporting acquisitions with the finance systems roadmap—from Xero to Sage X3.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with multi-entity experience.
• Strong consolidations and intercompany accounting.
• Experience with time-critical monthly reporting.
• Leadership of finance teams and governance.
• Acquisition integration experience.
• Proficiency with Xero to Sage X3 transition.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end across six entities.
• Produce consolidated accounts and variance analysis.
• Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with group policies and reporting standards.
• Drive acquisitions and integration projects.
• Oversee treasury, cash forecasting and tax compliance.
