Job summary

Nodes & Links is a rapidly growing deep-tech SaaS startup focused on helping large projects better organise and prioritise work. The role centres on multi-entity financial control, tax compliance and audit across UK, US and Cyprus, with responsibility for payroll governance and internal controls.

As an experienced financial professional, you will own the group close, statutory reporting, and the external audit, while driving automation and AI-enabled process improvements across the finance

Qualifications

• CA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent with post-qualification experience.
• Multi-entity and multi-currency experience, including group consolidation.
• Experience preparing or reviewing statutory accounts and running or supporting an audit.
• Ownership of a tax compliance calendar and experience managing external advisers.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close across all group entities with timely reconciliations and journals.
• Deliver consolidated monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash flow with commentary.
• Lead year-end close and statutory financial statements for UK, US and Cypriot entities.
• Own the annual UK/Cyprus/American tax compliance and coordinate with advisers.
• Manage payroll across UK/US/Cyprus and ensure compliance.
• Oversee supplier onboarding, controls, and AI-driven process improvements.
