Job summary

Resident Advisor is seeking a Finance professional to support the Head of Group Reporting & Control. You will own the monthly close, prepare management accounts, coordinate payroll and payments, and help strengthen financial controls across the business.

You will lead a small team and work closely with the finance leadership to streamline processes and improve cost control while ensuring accurate reporting for multiple markets and currencies.

Role Overview

The role is a key position within RA's Finance team, supporting the Head of Group Reporting & Control in maintaining accurate financial reporting and strong financial controls across the business. You will take ownership of the monthly close process, including preparation of management accounts, coordinate payroll and payment processes, and play a central role in tax compliance and cost control. Leading a small high-performing team, you will provide hands‑on support and training while working closely with the Head of Group Reporting & Control to continuously improve processes and controls within the finance function.
