Job summary
Healix is seeking a Commercial, strategic Financial Controller to champion financial health, governance, and growth across international entities. You will lead an experienced finance team and partner with senior leadership to transform complex data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.
The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent, leadership across management accounting and financial control in a high-growth environment, and deep expertise in FRS 102 and international tax
Qualifications
- Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
- Strong leadership experience in management accounting and financial control.
- Experience with FRS 102 and international tax compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience leading multi-entity international finance operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead group finance team, developing a culture of operational excellence and growth.
- Oversee group cash flow, working capital and mult currency liquidity.
- Deliver monthly management accounts, variance analysis and executive commentary.
- Drive annual budgeting and rolling forecasts with department heads.
- Lead external audit cycles, statutory filings and international tax compliance (VAT/GST, transfer pricing, P11D).
- Champion internal controls and streamline processes aligned to FRS 102.
