Job summary

Healix is recruiting a Financial Controller to champion financial health, governance, and growth across our international business. You will lead an accomplished finance team and serve as a key business partner to senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights that guide executive decisions.

The role can be based in Esher, UK, or Cape Town, SA, offering broad exposure to multi-entity operations and cross-border currency considerations.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent international qualification).
• Substantial leadership experience across management accounting and financial control within a high-growth or international environment.
• Proven track record of empowering, coaching, and developing high-performing finance professionals.
• Deep expertise in FRS 102, statutory reporting, and corporate tax/VAT compliance.
• Strong technical aptitude with advanced financial modelling skills and modern ERP/accounting platforms.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence across all levels.
