Job summary

Talentedge Recruitment Limited is seeking a Financial Controller to lead finance transformation and controls in a high-growth, international business based in London. The role blends strong technical accounting with process improvement, systems enhancement and scalable finance infrastructure.

You will work closely with senior leadership to optimise controls, reporting and month-end processes while delivering finance projects that drive efficiency and commercial value.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA required.
• Proven experience as Financial Controller or senior finance leader.
• Strong understanding of financial controls and month-end processes.
• Experience delivering finance transformation or systems projects.

Financial Controller | Finance Transformation & Controls

We're partnering with a high-growth international business looking to appoint an experienced Financial Controller to support the continued evolution of its finance function.

This is a unique opportunity for a qualified accountant who enjoys combining strong technical finance expertise with process improvement, systems enhancement and operational excellence.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll help drive improvements across financial control, reporting, processes and systems, whilst supporting the development of a scalable finance infrastructure capable of supporting future growth.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
