Healix is seeking a Financial Controller to lead the global finance function and partner with senior leadership across Esher, UK, or Cape Town. The role focuses on governance, planning, and commercial finance to support sustained growth and cross-border operations.

You will direct end-to-end financial operations, drive budgeting and forecasting, and oversee audits and compliance while coaching a high-performing team. An ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification is required.

Qualifikationen

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent with senior finance leadership experience.
• Experience in management accounting and financial control within high-growth/international settings.
• Proven ability to coach and develop finance professionals.
• Deep knowledge of FRS 102, statutory reporting, VAT/corporate tax compliance.
• Strong modelling skills and proficiency with ERP/accounting platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels.

Aufgaben

• Lead the group finance team and partner with senior leadership.
• Oversee statutory reporting, tax compliance, and governance across entities.
• Deliver monthly management accounts and variance analysis for executives.
• Drive budgeting, rolling forecasts and cash flow management.
• Coordinate external audits, tax submissions, and transfer pricing where applicable.
• Maintain robust internal controls aligned with FRS 102 standards.
• Collaborate with People and Operations on international benefits and rewards.
