Job summary

We Do Group, a fast-growing international consumer business, is seeking a Finance Controller in Maidenhead on a hybrid basis to own the day-to-day finance function and lead the finance team. You will drive month-end, group reporting, consolidation across entities, and strengthen controls.

The role covers budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, process improvement, and broader commercial finance. You will work with senior stakeholders, act as deputy to the Head of Finance, and have room to

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing the finance team
• Owning the month-end and management accounts process
• Group reporting and consolidation across multiple international entities
• Reviewing balance sheet integrity, accounting judgements and key financial controls
• Coordinating year-end reporting and the external audit
• Producing and managing forward-looking cash flow reporting
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting across the Group
• Improving management information and providing meaningful analysis around business performance
• Strengthening processes and controls as the business grows
• Identifying opportunities to improve systems, data and automation
• Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business
• Acting as a key support and trusted deputy to the Head of Finance
