Job summary

Baker Hughes in the United Kingdom is seeking a Product Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of subsea PCS projects, owning performance, cost, schedule and quality. You will coordinate hardware, software and communications integration within complex production control systems.

The role requires strong project leadership, global collaboration, and compliance with offshore HSE standards, with hybrid working arrangements (4 days in office, 1 day from home) across regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• End-to-end project management experience in Subsea/Oil and Gas.
• Experience with Production Control Systems (PCS) and subsea control systems.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of subsea PCS projects with accountability for project performance, cost, schedule and quality.
• Develop and implement project strategies aligned with PCS project requirements.
• Manage delivery of PCS hardware, software and communications integration.
• Drive governance via KPIs and performance reviews; ensure HSE offshore compliance.

This role ensures seamless integration of project scopes with highly technical subsea control system delivery.
