Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering required.
• Experience as field service representative or manager in medical industry preferred.
• Familiarity with OR protocols and anatomy a plus.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Must be able to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the International Field Service Engineers in Europe.
• Develop and implement scalable processes to drive service delivery and efficiency.
• Drive customer satisfaction and manage service contracts and warranties.
• Collaborate with regional sales and cross-functional teams.
• Manage day-to-day operations including call management and resource dispatch.
