Job summary

Newcastle United Football Club is seeking a Fan Engagement and Events Coordinator to support the supporter services team. You will help deliver the club's fan engagement plan by coordinating supporter consultations, workshops and events, and by creating accessible opportunities for supporters in the UK and overseas to engage with the Club.

You will maintain accurate engagement and event data, build relationships with Official Supporters' Clubs, and provide insights that inform decision-making

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating supporter consultations, workshops and events.
• Ability to manage engagement data, dashboards and reports.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management with supporter groups.
• Willingness to work matchdays and overseas activity.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the Club's Fan Engagement Plan and activities to improve supporter experience.
• Coordinate supporter consultations, workshops and events along with planning, logistics, costs, attendance, feedback and actions.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with Official Supporters' Clubs and ensure member benefits are delivered.
• Deliver meaningful in-person and digital engagement opportunities for supporters in the UK and globally.
• Maintain accurate engagement and event data, databases, dashboards and reports; evaluate initiatives and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Supporter Services and other Club teams to enhance fan experience.
• Identify and manage risks associated with engagement activities and events in line with Club policies.
• Stay updated on supporter-engagement best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Work flexibly including matchdays, evenings, weekends and overseas activity.
