Job summary

Babcock is seeking a Group Facilities Management Director to lead FM strategy across a multi-site, globally deployed defence and engineering organisation. You will define standards, governance and supplier frameworks to deliver safe, compliant and value-driven outcomes.

Based in a hybrid UK role, you will influence senior stakeholders, shape operating models and drive performance across Hard and Soft FM, Workplace Services and capital projects, while maintaining high security and safety

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in facilities management across multiple sites.
• Experience in defence, government, or similarly regulated environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with supplier management and governance.
• Understanding of hard and soft facilities management and risk controls.
• Track record in operating model design and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction for FM across the organisation.
• Governance, standards, supplier strategy and performance frameworks.
• Shape long-term operating models and commercial arrangements.
