Babcock is seeking a Group Facilities Management Director to provide strategic leadership across a complex, multi-site organisation in defence and engineering. You will shape standards, governance, supplier strategy and operating models to deliver safe, compliant and cost-effective facilities services.

• Experience in defence, government or security‑sensitive environments.
• Strong supplier management and governance experience.
• Proven ability to lead large transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and maturity of FM across the organisation.
• Drive governance, assurance and performance standards across Hard FM, Soft FM, Workplace Services, Compliance and Capital Projects.
• Shape long-term operating models, supplier strategies and commercial frameworks to maximise value and service delivery.
• Influence senior stakeholders during a major FM transformation programme.
• Ensure safety, compliance, risk management and operation performance are maintained.
