Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Heathrow is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the team delivering facilities management services for a major account. You will drive performance, governance and reporting, while ensuring client focus across all areas.

Responsibilities include managing recruitment and development, overseeing vendor relationships, and ensuring contract compliance, platform efficiency and delivery against targets. A strong track record in corporate real estate and large teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work at pace with regular re-prioritisation.
• Experience in corporate real estate or a facilities management company.
• Procurement experience is required.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large teams.
• Experience in H&S and Energy Management is an advantage.
• Experience delivering large scale change programmes an advantage.
• Skills include organisational development, personnel management, budgeting and strategic planning.
• Excellent people skills with ability to lead and support a dynamic leadership team.
• Proven track record of working in international corporate businesses.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary strategic and operational support point for the Account Director.
• Oversee all operational activity across the contract.
• Oversee and fulfil all client reporting activities.
• Manage the team to a transparent set of shared objectives.
• Recruitment and retention, including training requirements and performance management.
• Drive superior account performance to support the client business and contractual objectives, and develop short/long term objectives.
• Ensure full contract compliance on operational, risk, and compliance matters.
• Measure the contract’s performance against targets and scorecard compliance.
• Lead by example in supplier relationships and vendor management.
• Oversee all vendor relationships.
• Ensure CBRE’s technology platform is optimised to support operational needs and value.
• Drive platform efficiencies within the account platform.
• Ensure account Playbooks are evergreen and meet account needs.
• Provide leadership and day-to-day management of infrastructure functions with reporting leads.
