Job summary

Johnson Matthey Plc is hiring a Global Facilities Manager to develop and deliver the company’s FM strategy across an international portfolio. You will lead building infrastructure, workplace services and operational performance, while governing strategic suppliers to drive cost efficiency and value.

You will influence senior stakeholders, manage budgets and use data-driven insights to improve asset reliability, sustainability and the customer experience across global sites.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior FM leadership experience in complex, multi-site organisations.
• Knowledge of building infrastructure, asset management, compliance and workplace operations.
• Proven track record leading outsourced service models and supplier governance.
• Experience with budgeting, business cases and performance improvement.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across global functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Johnson Matthey's global FM strategy across an international portfolio.
• Provide leadership for building infrastructure, workplace services and operations performance.
• Govern strategic FM suppliers and partners to drive service excellence and value.
• Support financial oversight, forecasting and cost control of global FM spend.
• Leverage data and technology to improve asset reliability and sustainability.
