Job summary

Johnson Matthey, a world leader in platinum group metals with over 200 years of history, is seeking a Global Facilities Manager. You will develop and deliver the global FM strategy across an international portfolio, aligning services with business priorities and driving safe, compliant facilities.

You’ll lead outsourced models, influence senior stakeholders, manage budgets, and use data to improve asset reliability, sustainability, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Senior global facilities management leadership experience in complex, multi-site organisations.
• Strong knowledge of building infrastructure, asset management and compliance.
• Proven success leading outsourced service models and supplier governance.
• Commercial acumen with experience managing significant budgets and business cases.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders across global functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Johnson Matthey’s global Facilities Management strategy across an international portfolio.
• Provide leadership across building infrastructure, workplace services and operational performance, ensuring safe, compliant facilities.
• Lead governance of strategic FM suppliers and partners, driving service excellence and value.
• Influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across functions to support transformation programmes.
• Support financial oversight of a global FM spend with forecasting and cost control.
• Leverage data and technology to enhance asset reliability, experience and sustainability.
