Job summary

Johnson Matthey is seeking a Global Facilities Manager to lead the FM strategy across an international portfolio, aligning services with business priorities and ensuring safe, compliant operations.

You will oversee building infrastructure, workplace services and outsourced suppliers, influence senior stakeholders, and drive cost control, financial forecasting and sustainability outcomes through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior global or EMEA Facilities Management leadership roles within complex, multi-site organisations.
• Strong knowledge of building infrastructure, asset management, compliance and workplace operations.
• Proven success leading outsourced service models and large-scale transformation programmes.
