Job summary

JLL Workplace Management seeks an Engineering Manager to oversee multiple Central London sites on behalf of a world-renowned client. You will be responsible for maintaining electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems, coordinating monthly reviews and providing on-site technical support.

You will lead engineering teams, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and manage contractor maintenance programs within budget and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Strong team leadership with ability to manage across multiple sites.
• Experience managing service desk function and coordinating maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure electrical, mechanical, HVAC and general services are maintained per specs.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver monthly business reviews (MBR) for region.
• Travel between sites to provide on-site engineering support.
