CFA Institute is building its first global Extended Workforce Programme. The role partners with the Senior Manager to deliver across lifecycle stages, optimise the platform, and provide analytics to drive decisions.

You will collaborate with HR, Procurement, Legal, Finance and Technology to ensure efficient operations, owning day-to-day delivery and governance while shaping processes in a growing programme.

Formación

• Experience in extended or contingent workforce management.
• Experience with Extended Workforce Platform or similar system, including configuration.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and governance frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Drive day-to-day delivery of the Extended Workforce Programme.
• Turn priorities into delivered outcomes across multiple workstreams.
• Act as senior operational contact for complex queries and escalations.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance reporting and governance activities.
