Job summary

THE·TEAM seeks a Global Finance Project Manager to lead the Portfolio Management capability within the Global Finance Transformation team. You will drive governance, planning and delivery across complex Finance technology initiatives, coordinating with global leaders and cross-functional partners.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in finance-focused programmes, strong stakeholder management, and familiarity with ERP systems like Workday.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience delivering complex technical programmes within finance.
• Qualified or part-qualified accountant is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Experience with portfolio governance, planning and reporting.
• Knowledge of enterprise technology delivery and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Finance Transformation portfolio with governance and delivery oversight.
• Coordinate requirements, data, testing, deployment and operational readiness.
• Establish and maintain project intake, prioritisation and governance.
• Provide executive updates and RAID/decision logs.
