Job summary

Manpower UK is supporting a client in Loughborough with an Export Shipping Coordinator role. The position focuses on preparing worldwide shipment documentation, filing and shipping administration, and meeting deadlines while handling customer inquiries from a shipping perspective.

Ideal candidates will have export shipping experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage workloads under regulatory requirements, including IATA/IMDG standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in export shipping within an export environment.
• Strong self-motivation with clear communication skills both written & verbal.
• Experience in organizing and prioritising workloads.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation for shipments worldwide and file shipping administration, meeting deadlines.
• Handle customer enquiries from a shipping perspective, verbally and in writing.
• Ensure TPM and due diligence of customers are conducted.
