Job summary

RGH-Global Ltd in Basildon, Essex, is recruiting an Export Sales & Logistics Co-ordinator to join our Sales Office. You will manage offshore accounts, support field‑based Account Managers and ensure efficient export operations.

This permanent, on‑site role runs Monday–Friday 09:00–17:00 with a salary of £23,958.38 per annum. The ideal candidate has export/logistics experience, strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an export, logistics, sales support or coordination role.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with order processing and customer account management.
• A proactive and team‑focused approach with good attention to detail.
• Experience with shipping documentation and export compliance is advantageous.
• German or French language skills are beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining a portfolio of offshore accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day enquiries
• Providing sales and administrative support to field‑based Account Managers
• Preparing shipping documentation and ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
• Processing orders and managing dispatch efficiently and accurately
• Processing sample requests and managing customer bookings via phone and email
• Maintaining back orders and keeping customers updated on the progress of their shipments
• Setting up new accounts and delivery keys on internal systems
• Creating orders from spreadsheets and emails and liaising with internal departments on bookings and orders
• Booking direct containers and coordinating deliveries
• Processing paperwork for drivers as part of the wider team
• Providing support to the Team Leader and other members of the Sales Office team
