Job summary

Our Client near Preston is seeking an Export Sales Coordinator/Administrator to manage e-commerce and B2B accounts, product management, and sales reporting. You will coordinate FBA stock, invoicing, and customer communications while arranging UK and European transportation and export documentation.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of European freight operations, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with European road freight operations and export documentation (Incoterms).
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to multi-task.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and various systems.

Responsibilities

• E-commerce Account Management: manage stock, shipping and customer enquiries.
• B2B Account Management: communicate with customers and agents, set up price lists and quotations.
• Product Management: research market prices, cross-reference products, promote new ranges.
• Sales support: generate sales reports, analyze figures and assist with budget and forecasts.
• Admin/Customer Service: raise orders, handle inquiries, arrange transportation, issue export documentation.
