Job summary

Easyship is expanding its Export Programs team in London, seeking an Account Manager to oversee multi-stakeholder client programs and ensure smooth cross-border operations. You will coordinate carrier onboarding, liaise with pricing, tech, and data teams, and help scale the program across geographies while maintaining compliance and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account or program management within logistics.
• Strong understanding of customs and export compliance concepts.
• Excellent stakeholder management with internal and external teams.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for strategic client program stakeholders.
• Coordinate onboarding of new carriers, lanes, and geographies.
• Support compliance discussions and implement regulatory requirements.
• Monitor issues and coordinate resolutions with hub ops and tech teams.
• Prepare recurring client reporting with data teams.
