CCPI Europe Limited is seeking a Commercial Export & Import Coordinator to manage all export and import logistics for customer orders, ensuring shipments and documentation meet international standards.

The role works with Sales Office, Business Development and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, accuracy of records, and compliance across processes. This is part of Marmon, Berkshire Hathaway’s global manufacturing group, aligning with Lean principles and operational excellence.

Responsabilités

• Export & Import Logistics: End-to-end processes including shipping docs, customs, freight bookings and IPR shipments.
• Create and verify: Commercial invoices, packing lists, export declarations (e.g. SAD).
• Liaise with freight forwarders to coordinate shipments.
• Sales Office Support: Handle customer enquiries and order processing; ensure timely completion.
• Order & Delivery Coordination: Work with Sales Office and Production to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time; track shipments.
• Data Accuracy & Compliance: Maintain records in ERP; ensure export docs meet requirements; support audits.
• Customer & Stakeholder Communication: Update customers, freight forwarders, and internal teams on status and timelines.
• Process Control & Improvement: Enforce processes, identify issues, and drive improvements in export/import workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Sales Office, Production, Laboratory, Purchasing and Finance to meet delivery requirements.
• Context of Role: Support Sales & Business Development, key account satisfaction, and smooth sales office operations.
