Job summary

Torbay Pharmaceuticals in Paignton, Devon, seeks an experienced Commercial Manager - Exports to drive export sales, shape market entry strategies, and manage distributor relationships from contracting through to launch.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will coordinate with Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance and Customer Services to progress opportunities and oversee international accounts and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in export sales within pharma/healthcare.
• Proven track record developing customer accounts or markets.
• Experience in pricing, forecasting, proposals and contracts.
• Commercially aware with strong negotiation and coordination skills.
• Ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the export sales plan aligned with revenue targets.
• Assess and prioritise international markets, distributors and product opportunities.
• Identify and develop distribution partners with due diligence.
• Prepare business cases including pricing and margins.
• Negotiate and manage distribution, supply and commercial agreements.
• Manage export accounts and provide regular performance updates.
• Coordinate registrations, launch readiness and lifecycle activities.
• Represent TP at meetings and events while ensuring compliance.
