Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a technical team.
• Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment preferred.

• Lead and develop Technical Support Technicians to support projects and escalations.
• Schedule and deploy Technical Support Technicians.
• Establish KPIs for the support team and monitor performance.
