Job summary

Torbay Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Commercial Manager - Exports to drive international sales, manage distributor relationships and convert opportunities into revenue. You will work cross-functionally with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance to progress opportunities from assessment through contracting and launch.

The role requires experience in export sales within pharma/healthcare, a track record of growing markets, and strong negotiation and pricing skills.

Qualifications

• Proven export sales experience within pharmaceuticals/healthcare.
• Track record of developing markets or accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Experience in pricing, forecasting, proposals and commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the export sales plan aligned with revenue targets and capacity.
• Assess and prioritise international markets, distributors and product opportunities.
• Appoint and develop distribution partners and conduct due diligence.
• Negotiate and manage distribution, supply and commercial agreements.
• Coordinate registrations, launch readiness and lifecycle activities with internal teams.
• Maintain opportunity pipelines and provide concise performance updates to leadership.
