Job summary

Hales Group are recruiting an Export & Commercial Coordinator for a well-established Suffolk business in Southwold. You will coordinate customer orders, support international shipments and liaise with logistics partners to deliver excellent service across the UK and overseas.

You'll work across export administration, customer service, order management and commercial support, using CRM/ERP systems to maintain records and support forecasting, stock allocation and order processing.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales support, logistics or commercial operations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage export orders from receipt through to delivery.
• Prepare and maintain export documentation and shipping paperwork.
• Liaise with customers, distributors, transport providers and logistics partners.
• Coordinate customer deliveries and collections.
• Process customer orders accurately through various ordering channels.
• Support key customers with enquiries, delivery updates and order administration.
• Maintain accurate customer records within CRM and ERP systems.
• Support stock allocation and product availability planning.
• Assist with forecasting activities to support customer demand.
• Monitor and process EDI orders and resolve any issues.
• Handle customer queries, requests and credit applications.
• Work closely with internal sales and transport teams to ensure excellent service levels.
• Support compliance with export procedures and international trade requirements.
