Job summary

Nuveen is seeking an experienced Events Manager to lead a portfolio of corporate events across the EMEA region, reporting to the Head of EMEA Events. The role combines in-person and digital event production, vendor negotiation, and contract management to deliver high-impact experiences.

You will collaborate with Sales, Investment teams, and Brand to align events with strategy, manage budgets, measure ROI, and drive innovation across the program.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of Event Management experience.
• Degree in Event Management or related field preferred.
• Experience working in financial services industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with Cvent, Salesforce and Zoom; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of events from concept to delivery for allocated portfolio.
• Negotiate with venues, vendors and contractors; manage contracts and onsite operations.
• Define and track KPIs; measure ROI across live and on-demand content; report to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Investment teams and Brand to ensure brand alignment and strategic impact.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams; manage budgets and ensure timely delivery within guidelines.
