Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors is seeking an Events Manager to lead the development and execution of hybrid, physical and virtual events across EMEA and Latin America. You will work with channel marketing and regional sales to implement the events strategy, ensuring on-time delivery, reporting, and compliance with brand guidelines.

You will manage supplier relationships, create microsites and emails, and contribute to quarterly and ad hoc reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience managing events and webinars end-to-end.
• Degree-level education or equivalent.
• Proven ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver events and webcasts across EMEA and Latin America.
• Manage hybrid, physical and virtual events from concept to post-event evaluation.
• Collaborate with channel marketing and regional sales to execute the events strategy by region.
• Ensure accurate delivery, reporting, and compliance with process improvements.
• Monitor key success metrics and maintain event calendars.
