Job summary

Live Recruitment is seeking an Events and Sponsorship Executive to coordinate virtual and live events, manage registrations, and liaise with venues and sponsors. You will drive promotional activities and support cross-team collaboration between events and marketing.

The role requires strong organisation, clear communication, and familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. A UK driving licence is required as the office is in the UK.

Qualifications

• Background in event support from venue, agency or association.
• Strong organisational skills and clear communication.
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Full UK driving licence required due to office location.
• Able to move between tasks and teams without losing focus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person events, including registration and logistics.
• Respond to member and attendee enquiries for smooth event delivery.
• Liaise with venues, suppliers and internal teams throughout the event cycle.
• Support sponsors in developing promotional plans and maximizing exposure.
• Create event promotional materials using Canva and/or Adobe tools.
• Coordinate sponsorship planning meetings and record minutes/actions.
• Collaborate across events and marketing teams to reduce handoff friction.
